Trilogy launches business services

BANGALORE: Texas-based business services provider Trilogy today announced the launch of its business services in telecom and automotive verticals in India.

In telecom sector, it has launched a website ‘Yourbillbuddy.com’, which would help mobile operators acquire high ARPU customers, reduce churn and increase ARPU from existing customers.

youbillbuddy website would provide the consumer the best tariff plan suited to him based on his regular usage, director-telecom services, Trilogy, Virendra Gupta, told reporters here.

“The website has gone live today and consumers can log on to this site. The company is still in talks with the service providers and is planning to tie-up with all major telecom service providers. Presently, this service has been launched in Karnataka and targets only the post-paid customers. Very soon, the same service would be launched to pre-paid customers as well. In a years time it is planning to launch its services in all the major metros,” Gupta added.

Commenting on the automotive vertical, Sanjay Nigam, director, Trilogy, said, “Using patented technologies, Triology can predict consumer desires three months before the vehicle launch, enabling OEMs to drastically improve retail inventory mix at and following the launch.”

With the Internet usage and online shopping booming in the country, the company has launched the Pre Launch services, which generates mix - four wheeler low-end to high-end models - and fill recommendations for new and existing vehicle lines based on an analysis of customer intent. The website will be launched just three months before the launch of a new passenger vehicle and will track the entire behavior of the user. It can also discriminate between a serious automobile buyer and a non-buyer.

“Trilogy provides technology-powered business service that result in transformational economic value for its customers. It ties its own revenue directly to the economic value it delivers,” said, Joseph A Liemandt, CEO, Triology. “After successfully deploying its business services in USA, and since majority of its employee base is in Bangalore, it has launched its services in India. Out of 500 employees globally, 300 employees are based in Bangalore.”

Trilogy’s services are focused on the automotive, insurance, consumer electronics and telecom industries. Its US customers include Ford Motor Company, Nissan, Travelers Insurance, Gateway and IBM.
