1. Increased offering of software applications through Cloud: The cloud model aligns well with cost conscious and opex sensitive SMB owners.

2. Increase in mobile based e-commerce: The population of 30 years or younger are able to appreciate the value of e-commerce in terms of price competitiveness, quality and associated indirect benefits like time, warranty, ability to complain etc.

3. Larger penetration of IT in Medium to Small enterprises: The unreliable labor continues to hamper SMB owners and the acceptance of IT infrastructure is getting better to reduce labor dependency. 4. More investment in India based software product startups: The entrepreneural thinking and confidence to run a business is getting better amongst younger generation. This is aided by growth in number of multinational software product companies in India.

5. Additional focus by MNCs to regionalize IT solutions for India/Asia market: Although R&D units in India continue to deliver to global roadmap/market, there is a keen interest to identify niche value for Indian customers.
