The program empowers start-ups to overcome the challenges faced while delivering secure, high-performing online experiences during times of exponential growth.

India is the fastest growing and the third largest startup ecosystem globally. The Akamai One Startup Program looks to align with the region’s mobile proliferation to help startups reduce the complexity of delivering high-performing web and mobile experiences with a robust and layered set of Akamai's proven CDN technologies.

With this partnership, startups in the TLabs portfolio will be able to leverage Akamai’s Web and Mobile Performance solutions, with no integration or recurring costs for the first year.

“In today’s world, Akamai supports the growth of businesses on Internet,” said Abhishek Gupta, Head of Accelerator, TLabs India. “Companies, large and small, trust Akamai to provide a secure online experience and the scale as business expands. We believe that our partnership with Akamai and its knowledge, expertise and leadership in this space will add tremendous value to start-ups.”

“TLabs has been extremely successful in mentoring and shaping startups that are part of its program, providing them the infrastructure and foundation that helps build successful businesses, while accelerating time to market. India has seen a considerable amount of growth with startups, and these companies are addressing market opportunities globally, with an online business model. With this partnership, we aim to help startups build their online businesses on top of our industry-leading platform and level the playing field,” said Sidharth Malik, VP and MD, Akamai Technologies, India.
