Mphasis has partnered with multiple large and mid-size, commercial and universal banks globally. The company brings an in-depth understanding of processes and technologies relevant to banks, it explains further. This, coupled with Mphasis’ global track record for consistent service delivery, resulted in RBS selecting Mphasis for this mandate, the announcement adds.

"The constant emergence of new technologies, greater customer expectations, and strong competition mean we constantly need to fine tune the way we do business,” said Trish Arksey, Head of Transaction Services Technology at The Royal Bank of Scotland plc. “We were looking for a service provider with deep roots in the banking industry to help us manage and transform our applications portfolio and in turn help us serve our customers better. Mphasis was our ideal choice, to build a strong technology foundation for our future growth and we are delighted to partner with Mphasis.”

Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) is a UK-based banking and financial services company, headquartered in Edinburgh.

“Signing this agreement is a re-confirmation of RBS’ trust in our delivery capabilities and consistent value add,” said Gopinathan Padmanabhan, President of Global Delivery at Mphasis.
