MUMBAI, INDIA: Teradata Corporation has announced that its next generation, multi-channel software application Teradata Relationship Manager (TRM) for marketing automation.

?The new TRM software adds flexibility and simplicity for users while integrating analytical and operational customer management, leveraging active enterprise intelligence from the Teradata Warehouse with the latest Java-based software.

It enables applying insight derived from enterprise-class customer intelligence in real-time, reducing the cycle time to create marketing campaigns with well integrated tools that increase productivity and return on each customer contact,

enhancing collaboration and sharing among marketers to increase productivity and leverage best marketing practices.
