BLANDFORD, ENGLAND: Telesoft Technologies, a UK-based limited company specialising in telephony equipment for monitoring and media applications for fixed, wireless and IP networks, announced that it had acquired certain assets of Think Engine Networks (TEN), including the latters' intellectual property rights to the renowned MCIAS announcement server and CX Network Exchange media server product lines.

Bruce Markham, CEO, Telesoft Technologies, said, "We are very pleased to have finalized an agreement on this matter and are keen to provide support to many of the former TEN and Cognitronics’ customers through our newly acquired Danbury, Connecticut office, offering a ‘business-as-usual’ approach."

"This acquisition complements our existing OKEFORD family of Next Generation Media Platforms and strengthens our ability to enable major US-based mobile, wireline and cable operators, as well as leading OEMs, to migrate to next generation networks at minimal cost,” he added.
