MUMBAI, INDIA: Reliance Mobile, the official global partner for the 2009 edition of ICC World T20 Championship, has geared up to offer match scores  and commentary as caller-tune to its subscribers.

At the trophy unveiling ceremony, the company announced that Reliance Mobile will go Live with all ICC World T20 matches through its R-World VAS platform. Reliance Mobile subscribers will be able to catch all the excitement of this championship on their handsets. Reliance Mobile will also provide subscribers an option to have match scores and expert commentary on the matches as their caller-tune.

R-World is a virtual one-stop-shop for entertainment, communication, gaming and m-commerce. It has hundreds of useful applications and over 2,00,000 content titles.

Reliance Mobile will also be launching the "Cricket Dhanadhan" subscription offer. Subscribers availing this offer  will get score updates through SMS. They will also get other news updates related to the ICC World T20 championship. As part of this special subscription offer, Reliance Mobile subscribers can call a special toll-free number to listen to live score updates.

The ICC World T20 championship will be held from June 5, 2009 to June 21, 2009 in England. Cricketing teams from 12 countries will be participating in the 15-day-long championship. The entire championship will comprise of over 27  matches to be played across 4 venues including Trentbridge, The Oval, Lords and Taunton.
