Pl clarify if BWA licensee includes mobility voice internet and IP TV or only fixed data connectivity which also includes Fixed voice and Fixed Ip TV . Hence is technology 806.16e and will wimax handhelds be allowed to compete with GSM mobile or cdma mobiles
