TCS announces partnership with CAST

MUMBAI, INDIA: CAST, a Software Analysis and Measurement company, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India's largest IT exporter, on Wednesday announced a strategic partnership to offer TCS' enterprise IT clients the Software Quality Guardian service powered by CAST Application Intelligence Platform (AIP).

Providing the Service for complex mission-critical business applications, TCS consultants will automatically analyze and measure the essential structural quality attributes (reliability, security, performance, and maintainability) of client applications, whether developed by TCS or by other vendors, via the embedded CAST AIP, said a press release.

The service will aim to reduce the risk of high impact business disruptions due to corrupted data, application outages, security breaches and performance problems.
