Stores in select provinces opened their doors for Boxing Week sales bright and early this morning at 6 a.m., and early indications show that guests are eagerly responding to some of the best deals of the season.

"We have seen tremendous excitement at our stores across the country as guests tap into the incredible deals and innovative products found only at Target," said Tony Fisher, president, Target Canada. "Celebrating our first Boxing Day with our guests has been an amazing experience and we look forward to offering Bullseye Boxing Week prices all week long."

Target stores offering Boxing Week sales opened at 6:00 a.m. today, and several outlets reported lineups before the doors opened. Guests snapped up bargains from across the store with electronics (televisions and tablets), small appliances (vacuums and single serve coffee makers), storage and bedding proving especially popular. Target stores in Quebec will open later today and Bullseye Boxing Week sales get underway in Atlantic Canada tomorrow.
