It is expected to thereby transform the landscape of the way businesses would be operated in India. With this partnership, ICWAI and Tally Solutions would be participating in an effort to increase the training bandwidth across the length and breadth of India and to facilitate the bridging of the digital divide between the urban and rural areas.

Avinash Gupta, the CEO of the Education Division, TSPL said, “This is an initiative jointly taken by ICWAI and Tally Solutions to evangelize the cause of creating industry neutral growth for Certified Accounting Technicians."

He added that the creation of a Techno-professional qualification is expected to enhance the quality of flow of information and create a new blend of knowledge society in the finance and accounting domain.

Kunal Banerjee, president, Durgaprasad, vice president along with G.N.Venkataraman, chairman CAT, opined that the tie up will help uplift the society by taking professional education to rural areas.

“This tie-up with Tally will enable ICWAI to reach every nook and corner of India, mainly for the computer training and basically to visit each and every village to see a rural student making his dream of a gainful employment with a short training and to further his career a reality,” he said.
