Talisma unveils new facility in Bangalore

BANGALORE, INDIA: Talisma Corporation Pvt. Ltd., a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products & solutions provider, today announced the inauguration of its second facility in Vrindavan Tech Village SEZ, Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, Bangalore with an approximate seating capacity of 200 workstations.

With this addition, Talisma would now have a total capacity of 400 out of Bangalore alone. This capacity building is designed to support the growing development and expansion needs of the company globally.

With thousands of customers Talisma serves a variety of industries through its vertical solutions and while the early adapters of CRM have been Financial Services and the Telecom industry, the major verticals that will be driving the growth of CRM are BFSI, ITeS, BPO, Education, Government, Healthcare, Technology, Travel & Hospitality and Retail.
