Stracon retains order from MTNL

NEW DELHI: Stracon, a subsidiary of SPA Enterprises, has bagged an order from MTNL to offer customer care services for its Dolphin cellular subscribers in the capital. The previous call center operations witnessed a growth of 206 percent in Dolphin’s subscriber base from 65, 000 in 02 to 1,34,000 in 03. The total number of seats deployed for MTNL would be 75. Stracon offers Call center services in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Calcutta and Hyderabad, thus covering the top six metros in India.

Stracon’s subsidiary Tel -Abridge has recently invested an additional Rs 2 crore taking the total investments made to Rs 10 crore in ramping up the existing capacity to accommodate 400 calling agents round the clock.
