SSA Global, Linc Software in affiliate agreement

BANGALORE: SSA Global Technologies has appointed Bangalore based Linc

Software Services Pvt. Ltd., as its country partner. Under the agreement, Linc

Software will sell, market and support SSA GT’s Business Planning and Control

System (BPCS) product lines and new partner products in India.

"India is an important market for SSA GT. It is a market where we see

growth in the adoption of ERP, SCM and CRM solutions. Linc Software has

extensive experience in implementing ERP solutions and has developed credibility

in the market. By teaming up with Linc Software, it benefits both our customers

in terms of the availability of high quality solutions, support and services. It

will also provide SSA GT with an instant presence in the market and create new

growth opportunities." said SSA GT’s Affiliate Manager for the South

Asian region, Stanley Lee.

Linc Software managing director, Chandra Kumar said, "The ERP market for

manufacturers is still in its growth stage in India. SSA GT has ready

applications that address the needs of medium to large corporations, namely

BPCS, as well as for small to medium enterprises, namely BPCS MAX. Additionally,

Linc will also offer SSA GT’s partner products in CRM (Applix), SCM (Logility)

and Business Intelligence (COGNOS) products to the Indian market."

First application to be launched jointly to the Indian market by both SSA GT

and Linc Software is BPCS MAX, a solution that is targeted at small to medium

enterprises.
