To match your mood, just change the decorative side panels. The $149.99 phone, which

weighs just 3.7 ounces, was launched Thursday by the nation's fourth-largest wireless

phone service provider.

Korean mobile phone maker LG InfoComm made the Sprint PCS 4NE1 phone the size of an ice

cream sandwich, bundled with games and wireless Web access. Users can dial with their

voice and download different musical ring tones.

Sprint PCS is one of several wireless operators trying to capture the young adult

market, which is viewed as having high growth potential. Sprint PCS is a unit of Sprint

Corp.
