publive-imageYou're in a meeting, and you get a call. You pull out the phone to check who it is, only to be glared at by your boss. If this sounds familiar, you need a way to figure out who's calling in a more discrete way. Enter the Sony Ericsson MBW-150 Bluetooth watch. Available in three flavors; this, the Executive edition (in a more polished, stainless steel design), the Classic Edition with leather strap and the funky Music Edition. Compatible with select Sony Ericsson phones, the watch can tell you if you have a message (it has built in vibra alert) or display a caller's name on the single-line OLED screen.

It also serves up music controls (play/pause, skip track) so that you can enjoy music without anyone noticing.

While the concept is good, there are a few downsides. The built-in rechargeable battery powers both the time and all other functions. So if the battery stops, so does the time. And the price does seem excessive, especially without any big watch brand associated with it. If you're someone who needs to prove your gadget street cred, this is for you.

Price- Rs. 5, 990/-
