MUMBAI, INDIA:Talisma Corporation Private Limited, the customer relation management (CRM) software solutions provider, today announced its new solution – Talisma CRM Atom, targeted at the small and medium-size businesses (SMBs). Talisma is a wholly owned subsidiary of US based Campus Management Corporations.

Talisma CRM enables SMBs to meet increased customer demands, build customer loyalty and provide exceptional customer experience.

According to Talisma's managing director for Asia Pacific and European Operations, Raj Mruthyunjayappa the SMBs lack resources and support for their business needs and hence they can't invest in IT applications, which are used by large enterprises.

“With our strong experience in CRM deployments globally across different verticals, Talisma has developed practices across industries and these practices are now bundled together into 'CRM in a box' for SMBs,” said Mruthyunjayappa.

“Talisma CRM Atom is an affordable solutions that can be scalable from five users up to 50 users and help the SMBs to excel their businesses in this current economic situation. It's highly flexible, easily deployable with pre-built software configuration bundles needed for hardware and software support, and has low cost of ownership,” added Mruthyunjayappa.

Keeping in view the SMBs requirements, the company is offering this new CRM solution with options of upfront purchase, rental and software-as-a-services (SaaS). It is aimed to provide easy access to the right information at the right time for informed decision making.

In terms of rent, the solution is priced around Rs.. 20,000-25,000 per user and can go up to roughly Rs.. 1,00,000 per CRM implementation. The solution is fully developed at the company's Bangalore based research and development center.

Currently, India's CRM market stands at US 60 million annually and is predicted to grow to US 120 million, added Mruthyunjayappa. He pointed that company is focusing on expanding the sales and marketing for the SMB sector as it offers volume growth and not margin growth.
