With a dedicated Bublcam app, Moverio BT-200 smart glass users will be able to immerse themselves in panoramic digital imagery sent wirelessly from the camera anywhere in the world. The app will enable the Bublcam to serve as the user's eyes, offering a hands-free, 360-degree viewing spectrum through the user's natural head movements, with no image latency or lag time.

A technology demonstration of the Bublcam app concept will be available this week in Epson Booth 523 at the SIGGRAPH Conference in Vancouver, August 12-14, 2014.

As the only fully spherical consumer camera in the world, the Bublcam features real-time image stitching, self-calibration and image stabilization, a four-camera, tetrahedral design for zero blind spots and live video streaming. The camera also offers professional controls, including HDR, white balance, contrast and gamma, as well as built-in APIs and analytics to measure live stream traffic, all in a device the size of a baseball.
