	The C230 just makes the cut off for this price bracket-but it has features comparable with many more expensive phones.
	It's tri-band, with a 65k color screen, 1000 entry phonebook (4 fields), has polyphonic ringtones, IrDA port, FM radio, calendar, calculator, voice memo, to-do list, currency converter, GPRS, Java games, and yet weighs in light at 70 grams.
	Worth a buy if budget is limited but your needs aren't.
