Silverline NYSE listing on June 20

MUMBAI: Indian software firm Silverline Technologies Ltd will list its

American Depositary Shares (ADSs) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on June

20, the exchange's Web site said.

The shares will be traded under the symbol SLT.N. Silverline chairman Ravi

Subramanian will ring the closing bell of the NYSE on Tuesday, the Web site

added. The offering consists of 5.2 million ADSs with each ADS representing two

local equity shares.

Silverline shares ended on Monday at Rs 627.15 on the Bombay exchange.
