SES expands business portfolio

NEW DELHI, INDIA: SES Technologies, a provider in IT services, today announced that it has expanded its business portfolio by stepping into Indian retail market.

Retailing in India is gradually inching its way to become the next boom industry and expected to be the sixth largest retail market by 2012, said a press release.

Entering retail with specialized retail division highlights SES's business model which is designed to add value to their customers and channel partners with emphasis on B, C and D class cities, it added.

"SES initially will be targeting large format IT Retail chains and made a positive start by signing an exclusive pact with ITJ-India's largest multi- brand IT retail chain. Large sales volumes, stable cash flow, efficient supply chain management and organized process makes modern retailing the premier industry,” said, Jacques Roux, director, SES Technologies.

“We are confident that with our well managed stocking facilities across 57 branches and well connected ERP system, JD Edwards will lead us to success in retail sector,” Roux further added.
