SES to distribute Acer PCs

MUMBAI, INDIA: Acer India announced that they have signed on SES Technologies as a new national distributor for their notebook and desktop business. SES Technologies has a strong channel partner network and associations with major international vendors, which has helped them achieve good penetration in the upcountry markets.

Capitalizing on the expertise of SES Technologies to address the growing business volumes in the B, C and D-category cities, Acer plans to scale its operations to the next level for their growing PC business in India where SES would focus in the territories of East, Northeast, Gujarat, MP and North (excluding Delhi).

The tie up with SES Technologies is designed to increase access and provide additional resources for Acer’s channel network to address the growing demand for Acer products.

With more than 56 warehouse locations across the country, SES Technologies has a cost effective and finely tuned logistics operation that will further help Acer to increase its bandwidth and increase the availability of Acer’s range of products in the T2 and T3 cities across India.
