BANGALORE: Software firm Satyam Computer Services Ltd. said on Monday it had
formed a global alliance with privately held US-based e-business software firm
Adexa Inc.
Satyam, India's No.4 software exporter, said in a statement that it will
offer its customers solutions to automate their business processes and
collaborate over the Internet or other computer networks to boost efficiency and
speed in managing supplies.
Satyam will offer business consulting and services that involve implementing
the solutions using Adexa's software called iCollaboration, the statement said.
The two firms will work together in marketing efforts and also plan to
collaborate in the training of Adexa's customers and partners, it said.
