BOMBAY: The board of Satyam Computer Services has approved an increase in the limit on investment by foreign institutional investors to 60 percent from 49 percent, according to a posting on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Web site.
The company has applied to the Reserve Bank of India for approval, it added.
