Sasken Q4 net at Rs 14.8 crore

BANGALORE, INDIA: Sasken Communication Technologies has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 14.8 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2008, as against Rs 3.90 crore registered during the previous quarter.

The company's consolidated revenue for the same quarter stood at Rs 157.3 crore, up 11 per cent on Q-o-Q basis. EBITDA margins were at 19 per cent.

The company's FY08 earning per share stood at Rs 13.80. The company's board has approved buyback of up to 9.45 per cent equity at maximum Rs 260 per share.

During the quarter a total of 285 engineers were added to the company taking the total employee count to 3,623. Six new customers were added during the same quarter taking the total count to 89.
