"As we enter our fifteenth year as a company committed to business innovation and client success, this recognition underscores our relentless focus on making Sapient a great place to develop people's careers and maximize potential," said Stuart Moore, Sapient's co-chairman and co-chief executive officer.

Sapient recognized the benefit of global delivery in 2000 and has aggressively invested in its Indian delivery capabilities since then. The company has grown organically, hiring and developing people who are committed to making our clients successful. Today, more than 50% of the company's workforce is based in Sapient's two India offices in Delhi and Bangalore.

"We are extremely proud that - in just a short period of time - we have been recognized as one of India's best companies to work for two years in succession," said Soumya Banerjee, co-managing director of Sapient India. "This is a testament to our ability to create a global environment of strong values and an open, empowering work culture that enables our people to be innovative, develop fulfilling careers and be incredibly effective with their clients."
