Sanjay Hasija is new country head of Quantum Storage India

BANGALORE, INDIA: Quantum Storage India, today announced the appointment of Sanjay Hasija as the country head for India & SAARC. In his role, Sanjay will be responsible for expanding Quantum's customer base, market share and partnerships, thereby strengthening company foothold across the regions.

Scale-out storage being a key focus area for Quantum, Sanjay will strongly focus on the recently announced Scale-Out Storage solutions and further expand its market presence and compete aggressively with the other market players.

Quantum Storage India recently increased its presence in the region and opened its Center of Excellence in Bangalore. The COE showcase solutions of Quantum Corporation ("Quantum") and customers and partners can run proof of concept, demo and performance testing for these solutions.

Rapid growth in data generation amongst the enterprise as well as the government segment is primarily pushing more focus and priority in the storage market in India.
