BANGALORE, INDIA: Samsung has launched 4G LTE mid-range phone, the Galaxy Grand Prime 4G in India at a price of Rs.11,100.

With metal-like serrated edges enclosing an 8.6 mm slim frame, this device extends Samsung's mid range 4G portfolio.

The dual-SIM Galaxy Grand Prime runs Android 5.1 Lollipop. The smartphone features a 5-inch qHD (540x960 pixels) PLS TFT display, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 8-megapxiel rear camera with LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front camera with a 85-degree wide-angle lens.
The device provides a storage of 8GB and is expandable upto 64GB and features a 2600mAh battery. The smartphone will be available in white, grey, and gold colour variants.
