Saba starts operations in Pune

BANGALORE: Saba, a provider of integrated human capital management (HCM) solutions, announced the commencement of operations at its second development center in India. This center, located in Pune, is expected to employ approximately 60 developers. The first development center in Mumbai was set up in 1999 and today has over 100 employees.







Inaugurating the Pune Center, Bobby Yazdani, chairman and CEO of Saba Software said, 'I am delighted that we are expanding into our second facility in India. We have had enormous success with building leading edge technology products in our Mumbai center over the last few years and see India as a strategic base for expanding our technical capabilities.'

This system consists of superior learning, performance, talent, analytics, and content management capabilities and utilizes an innovative accountability-based methodology and set of professional services to help organizations achieve peak performance for both individuals and the organization overall.

Saba aims to align, develop and manage an organization's core people processes.



To further address global organization's people process needs, Saba said it will soon release its next generation suite of human capital management products. The Mumbai and Pune development centers in India will facilitate Saba's ability to continue to add more depth and value to its industry-leading offerings.
