This upgraded version includes various improvements to both the client's internal and external filing experiences as well as exciting new functionality in Crossfire PowerPoint.

Crossfire is a web-delivered financial reporting and SEC filing platform that allows finance, legal and audit teams to collaborate simultaneously in a familiar Microsoft Office environment. Users are able to significantly improve the last mile of their financial reporting process with Crossfire by saving time and effort during all of their SEC reporting cycles.

"Crossfire continues our focus on full Microsoft Office integration with the addition of Crossfire PowerPoint. It allows our clients to directly link their data in Excel to their presentations in PowerPoint," states Mike Rohan, CEO. "With presentation quality reporting, we're always looking to take our client's financial reporting and XBRL experience beyond the SEC mandate."

Many Rivet clients have already begun to use XBRL beyond the SEC mandate to improve their analytic capabilities and overall company processes. National Health Investors, Inc. uses Crossfire to automatically pull financial data directly from their source documents into both standard reports as well as various ad-hoc reports for faster and more accurate reporting.

"With Crossfire, my financial analyst consolidated enormous amounts of data, which enabled him to do his job more efficiently and with better results," states Kevin Pascoe, vice president of Investments.

Unity Bank also works with Rivet to significantly improve their financial reporting and recently created their 2012 Annual Report directly in Crossfire.

"This year the big difference in the annual report was Rivet. The software has really given our company the opportunity to streamline our annual report process to have a more quality product," states Rosemary Fellner, V.P./Marketing Director.
