BANGALORE: Razorsight
Corporation, a market leader and innovator of intelligent data capture and
financial business intelligence software, today announced three senior
management appointments in India to drive company's growth.
The new appointments include two senior management additions in product
development. Sriman Narayan and Shyamantak Gautam both bring considerable
product development experience to Razorsight. Vasudha Mangalam, a HR veteran
will lead Razorsight's talent building, employee development and facilities
management functions in India.
Sriman joins Razorsight as the General Manager and Head of India Operations.
Prior to joining Razorsight, Sriman was responsible for delivery of solutions to
Adea International's customers in Europe and the Americas. Sriman has 16 years
of experience in serving U.S. customers and markets. As Chief Technology Officer
and ISV Business Unit Head of Vmoksha Technologies, he has established and
managed development centers for the company in Bangalore.
Vasudha Mangalam joins Razorsight as Director Human Resources and
Administration. Her experience includes nine years of diverse functions in human
resources and other specialist areas. Her expertise in people management and
cross-functional skills helped her in leading the growth of Yahoo! India R&D
centre to over 300 employees from just five. Prior to Yahoo!, Vasudha played key
leadership roles in several start-up companies.
Gautam Shyamantak joins Razorsight as Director Product Development. He brings
nine years of experience in enterprise level product development, and more than
four years of experience in global data synchronization and product information
management. Prior to joining Razorsight he was a development manager with IBM.
Razorsight was founded in Washington in April 2001. Recently, Razorsight
received $10million in venture funding from Sierra Ventures. Razorsight has
developed innovative software that provides financial executives with business
intelligence derived from capturing and analyzing the most detailed data on
paper or electronic invoices.
