Ranjan Sinha pioneered India’s first in-depth study on causes of attrition, in association with IIM-B, said a press release. The findings of the survey helped GTM develop a first of its kind tool to predict attrition early in the selection process, customized to the needs of the Indian market.

In the past 20 years Ranjan Sinha has founded and directed a number of service and technology companies in the area of human resources, healthcare services, email and marketing services, the release added.

Recently, he co-founded Summit HR, a leading talent engagement company, with the vision of helping CEOs and their teams successfully combat a myriad of external and internal challenges, such as the need to improve both the supply and quality of talent, reduce unwanted turnover, and help “win the war” for talent.

Chairman of Global Talent Metrics, Dr. Cabot Jaffee said: “Ranjan has successfully grown innovative HR companies with strong cross-border experience in the US and Indian markets. As GTM expands its presence in India, the GTM board will benefit from his invaluable skills and experience.”

In accepting the Board position, Ranjan Sinha said: “Global Talent Metrics has distinguished itself by developing innovative sourcing and selection tools and technologies that are built on proven science and has successfully adapted them for the demanding Indian talent market.”
