Ramco bags order from MAS GMR

CHENNAI, INDIA: Ramco Systems, a provider of software services, today announced that it has won an order from MAS GMR Aerospace Engineering Co. Ltd. for its Airframe Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) suite of Aviation software offerings.

MAS GMR Aerospace Engineering Company Limited is a 50:50 joint venture between Malaysian Aerospace Engineering and GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited.

The company was set up to develop a world class third party state-of-the-art airframe MRO facility that will cater to the needs of its airline customers at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad, India, said a press release.

Kamesh Ramamoorthy, COO, Ramco Systems said “It has been a great year for our Aviation business and the MAS GMR win is an icing on the cake. Ramco’s MRO Solution for maintenance and also for original equipment manufacturers provides complete Sales Management functionality, seamlessly integrates with Engineering Management, Materials, Procurement Management and Hangar, Shop and Line Maintenance.
