CIOL: What's more essential: Money or power?

Mamta Power is pretty essential. It isn't easy to run the show with only money and no power.

CIOL: What qualities set apart women bosses from their male counterparts?

Mamta Women have better understanding of human psyche and know exactly when to get personal or be purely professional.

CIOL: Boss at home vs boss in office...

Mamta I would prefer to be a boss at home. I am a different person at both places. At home, I'm a caring wife and mother. In office I need to take charge of people, motivate them, train them and inspire them. Unlike my husband, I am not the kind who will shout or scream at people. I get the work done in my own calm way.
