Polaris Software Lab senior VP SR Ramaswami said, “We recommend ECM solutions to BFSI customers by integrating products like TeamSite for web content management, WorkSite for collaboration and document management, MetaTagger for content intelligence and MediaBin for digital asset management depending on important stage of the customer in the journey of ECM. A customer may choose to start from web content management and proceeds to digital asset management or vice versa.”

Some of the benefits that accrue to companies using the ECM solution include compliance, operational efficiency, accelerated time to market and effective brand management.

“Content management fosters efficiency and effectiveness in the search process. With TeamSite and WorkSite users can reach the records in just 15-20 seconds. It is especially helpful for lawyers and even the government,” Ramaswami added.
