Perot gets new HR head

BANGALORE: Perot Systems has appointed Sheela Singh to lead its human resources.

Responsible for the group's global talent acquisition, resourcing and retention strategies, Singh will also oversee performance management, rewards, career planning and development, employee communications and relationship management, a Perot statement said.

She has two decades of experience and was most recently the vice president of quality and operational excellence for CAS. Singh has also worked with Bharath Electronics, VeriFone, Hewlett Packard, GE and Oracle.

Singh is an Electronics engineer from UVCE, Bangalore.
