Partnership for Cloud Firewall

LAKE FOREST, US: XRoads Networks, a player in Unified Bandwidth Management platforms, has partnered with Webroot, a provider of Internet security, to deliver “Cloud Firewall” platforms for the enterprise and SMB markets.

With the continued growth of these cloud-based services it only makes sense to utilize inexpensive broadband connectivity to provide additional bandwidth and resiliency to those organizations using them. In a press release, the company adds that the XRoads Networks Edge2WAN “Cloud Firewall” platforms provide the ability to combine multiple Internet connections with accelerated Internet security services from Webroot to produce a powerful cloud access platform.
