PanJit Intentional subsidiary Jiangsu Aide's solar cell and solar module capacity will expand from 20MWp to 70MWp and from 200MWp to 400MWp, respectively, by the end of 2009, according to a statement issued by PanJit International.

The eastern China facility, a new hub for the company, has been designed to house 14 production lines of solar cells with a total capacity of 420MWp. PanJit added that the pace of expansion of capacity will mostly depend on order and market conditions.

It may be recalled that Jiangsu Aide Solar Energy Technology had completed a solar module factory in Phoenix, Arizona during the end of July 2009. The facility will see the start of volume production later on this month.

The company aims at specifically the market in the United States. According to the PanJit International statement, Jiangsu Aide would be planning for listing in the Taiwan bourse by year 2010.
