“We are committed to providing quality services and products at affordable prices. AMC is just another addition to the array of services we provide and it is indeed the most affordable service for one to run his/her PC hassle free. In its initial stages, the service will be available in Mumbai and Thane. Later, it will take off country-wide. The service is targeted at end-users and SMEs,” said Amit Rambhia, Director, Panache, while talking to The DQ Week. Panache, has already put a dedicated team to look after the AMC and has set up a 12-hour customer care center, which is operational from 9am to 9pm.

In the first stage of the launch, the service will not be sold to the end-customer directly. An end-customer could subscribe to the service only through resellers, when they buy a PC. Later on, the service can be subscribed to by calling or logging onto the the company website.

“We see AMC as a huge opportunity, especially for end-customers. We will provide hassle free service in Mumbai, with a response time of four hours. Soon, it will be launched on national scale,” added Rambhia.
