According to the company, Oman Air's partnership with Kale will further add to its profitability and improve the quality of processes without compromising on security and confidentiality.

Kale Consultants president Ashish Malhotra said, “Our outsourcing solutions provide value added services that enable airlines to reduce costs and concentrate on their core activities. Airlines typically loose one percent — two percent of their revenues through errors in ticketing and application of fares and rules. In order to retain their competitive edge, airlines are constantly evaluating options to increase revenues and reduce operating expenses, and minimize revenue leakage. By outsourcing this critical revenue recovery service to Kale , Oman Air will now accrue the benefits and avail the services of skilled professionals.”

Head of finance at Oman Air Japeen Shah stated, “As the breadth of our operations is expanding, we feel that it is necessary for us to bring international standards in our processes. We needed a solution, which can provide us with a quick turn around and time-definite delivery with no upfront investment in infrastructure and technology. We have chosen Kale Consultants to outsource our revenue recovery services and we hope to prevent revenue leakages and get maximum returns through the expertise that Kale MPS has garnered in the international markets.”
