ROCKVILLE, MD: Intelliworks Inc. has announced that the Oklahoma State
University (OSU) has selected Intelliworks as its CRM infrastructure to support

growth and strategic constituent communications initiatives for its graduate

programs.

Robert Dooley, associate dean and director of graduate programs, said,
"Intelliworks offers a series of best practices and powerful marketing features

that will improve student recruitment."

OSU will leverage the iRM Essentials product to strategically target both
internal and external prospects for their five masters programs in addition to

two PhD programs.

The objective is to align the product, message, and offer in a personalized
manner with key prospects using refined segmentation and targeting technologies

combined with marketing execution campaigns that will drive meaningful

relationships.

In leveraging Intelliworks for CRM, OSU expects to exploit both remote and local
markets for their graduate programs in business while raising the quality and

strategic fit of every incoming student.

Dev Ganesan, president and CEO of Intelliworks, said, "Intelliworks builds and
sells the 'Intelliworks Relationship Manager (iRM)' as its flagship CRM

technology suite. iRM has two distinct product offerings iRM Essentials for the

small to midsize organization; whether a school, a department or even a group of

programs and iRM Enterprise for larger university implementations that require

greater performance, configuration, and scalability."

"Both iRM Essentials and iRM Enterprise are designed to build relationships with
prospects, students, and alumni while offering administrators an intuitive, easy

to use, process oriented CRM solution," he added.
