"Mikes is just the right choice to lead our expansion into MySQL service. His technical credentials, professionalism and extensive experience will be a great asset to Ntirety and our customers whose businesses rely on the MySQL database," said Michael Corey, CEO and founder of Ntirety.

Over a 20-year career, Calisi has been in-house DBA and database architect for the types of companies that Ntirety seeks as customers, giving him unparalleled insight into the needs and challenges of corporations seeking to improve customer operations while reducing costs.

Prior to joining Ntirety, Calisi worked in the Data Warehouse Group at Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts. In addition, Calisi was vice president of consulting services at Database Technologies, where he built a highly successful practice delivering Oracle technology solutions to clients.

"I look forward the building the MySQL practice at Ntirety and bringing the same level of high customer satisfaction to MySQL users as is currently enjoyed by Ntirety's Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server customers. Ntirety has the some of the best database administrators in the world, and I am excited to be given the opportunity and responsibility to continue that tradition in the MySQL practice," said Calisi

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Ntirety and its teams of DBAs who monitor and maintain customer databases. In the first quarter of this year, Ntirety's overall customer satisfaction score was a perfect 100 percent, up from 97.8 percent in December 2008.
