BANGALORE: nSecure Software has announced the launch of nPatrol IDS v 2.0, the second version of its flagship product ­ nPatrol, Intrusion Detection System. The latest version of offers a host of additional features that will help in detecting and preventing new vulnerabilities.

nPatrol IDS v2.0 includes improved alerting capabilities. A new concept of watch windows is introduced for users to get customized view of alerts raised on target systems or applications.
