NPCI launches video tutorials to assist BHIM users

National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has come up with video tutorials for customers who download the BHIM application for UPI based transactions.

These videos are aimed at helping new users with introductory steps of using the application, such as creating BHIM App’s password, choosing their bank, generating UPI PIN for making exchanges etc.

An SMS based video link will be sent to the customer who downloads the app for seamless customer onboarding.

“These customer centric initiatives are being taken to encourage consumers to make digital transactions through BHIM instead of using cash. Creating a less-cash society would be easier with the right awareness and education of a customer," said A P Hota, managing director, NPCI.
