Nexxoft acquires eZeesoft

BANGALORE: Bangalore based Nexxoft Infotel Limited, a provider of advanced manufacturing technology solutions, has acquired the 100 per cent business of Mumbai-based software company eZeesoft (P) Limited.

eZeesoft, deals in software consultancy, software manufacturing, designing & development, customized and off-the-shelf ERP, CRM, SCM, B2B and B2C solutions.

Through this acquisition, Nexxoft will not only take over the entire existing business of eZeesoft but will also absorb the current staff strength of 25 besides operating out of the premises of eZeesoft.

Announcing the acquisition G Dhananjaya Reddy, director, Nexxoft said, “Our key strengths are in the manufacturing domain. This acquisition helps us set up base in Mumbai and target a large number of manufacturing industries based in Maharastra and Gujarat”.

BSE-listed Nexxoft is a premier software solutions company focused on manufacturers to enable materials handling efficiency, supplier and customer collaboration, and increased demand planning accuracy. Nexxoft is primarily engaged in supply chain practices apart from consultancy business.
