Thats True! Reasons Our Administrators are not qualified enough to control spams. They even cant stop Telnet based spamming. Many even dont know how their SMTP is being used. One can test Its really annoying But True. Our ISP dont take care of spamming. I hardly seen any spam authority body in india. Even Indian Govt dont have any mechanism to stop these. Thats the reason Nigrain always try to find next indian fool and offer tons of money even in the economics crises time. Sorry I dont like to get tons of spams thats why my email is ...

India is 1 BILLION persons plus; UK is 60 million: PER PERSON, there are more spam messages in UK. Each PERSON in the UK consumes many times energy and waste production than a eprson in India. Figures are used croockedly by such western media as BBC and Sky.

Top is an abused word especially by countries such as Britain, France and USA: Top for a country of 1 BILLION plus persons! RELATIVELY, i.e. spams PER PERSON, the figures would be much much less than those in Britain, even insignificant. The same applies to energy consumption/carbon emisson: PER PERSON, India produces absolute miniscule amount compared to USA, Britain, Germany, France, Austrlia etc (indeed a rural Indian hardly uses any electricity/gas/machines etc whilst most people in Britain drive at least one car freely/ hardly anyone walks in Britain) : BUT this crooked logic is used freely by these countries to benefit them.

Spam is emerging as a big nuisance in India as cautioned by Mr. Praveen Dalal, the Leading Techno-Legal ICT, Cyber Law, Cyber Security and Cyber Forensics Specialist of India . This is more so when the cyber law of India, i.e. IT Act, 2000 does not address this issue. To worsen the situation we are inviting big trouble by not keeping in mind the necessities of cyber security and cyber forensics in India. The ICT Trends in India-2006, ICT Trends in India-2007, Cyber Security Trends by PTLB-2007, etc are examples of faulty ICT/E-governance strategies and policies of India. Further, cyber forensics trends in India are also not conducive for the growth of legal enablement of ICT systems in India. The net result is that law enforcement finds it difficult to deal with issues involving ICT. Thus, whether it is the political, legislative or legal aspect of e-governance, India is scoring poor on all the fronts. Of course, the “India shining” concept is beyond the reach of these criticisms.
