Featuring a streamlined, understated user interface and an all-new method to send private invitations via AirDrop, Collaborate 5.0 makes it simpler than ever for mobile workers to share documents, manage tasks and communicate while on-the-go.

Since launching in mid-June, more than 10,000 businesses, government agencies, non-profit organizations and educational institutions of all sizes have initiated mobile collaboration pilot projects with Collaborate.

"Collaborate is a liberating new way to work," said Tammi Weed, director of music industry development at innovative cable and satellite TV network, UPtv. "It helps us gain control of all of our rapid projects and provides everything we need to get our jobs done efficiently from any location."

The Collaborate 5.0 enhancements are designed to provide distributed teams with fluid, mobile-native ways to work together on-the-go. Virtually every screen in the app's user interface has been refined and reorganized to enhance usability and showcase the collaborative conversation elements at hand.

Additionally, Collaborate 5.0 users can instantly invite team members to private collaboration rooms using two new methods: AirDrop for iOS and traditional text messaging.
