Network Programs bags Essar Cellular Services

NEW DELHI: Network Programs (India) Ltd. has a bagged an order for its Net

Relations Suite from Essar, a cellular service provider in Eastern UP, Haryana

and Rajasthan.






With the incorporation of the Net Relations Suite, Essar’s contact centers in
Jaipur, Karnal and Lucknow will now be Interactive Voice Response (IVR) based. A

call will be routed directly to an agent hunt group, without Computer Telephony

Integration (CTI). The Net Relations Suite includes the Net Relations Server,

Net Relations Administrator, Net Relations Agent and the Net Relations Designer

packages.
