BANGALORE: Netgateway an e-commerce services provider and Complete Business
Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. have announced the signing of a "Systems
Integrator Partnership Agreement."
Under the terms of this agreement, Netgateway provides CBSI with access to
its innovative and customizable Internet Commerce Center (ICC) development
environment. With this first systems integrator partnership, Netgateway allows
CBSI to license access to the Netgateway ICC Platform to individual B2B
customers of CBSI.
Netgateway receives an up-front fee from CBSI for each CBSI customer. CBSI
provides the integration expertise and collects the integration revenue from
that customer. Both companies will share the recurring fees for hosting,
transactions and advertising. Netgateway's new partnership program enhances
Netgateways market reach, both in North America and internationally. "This
provides Netgateway with tremendous market reach and our association with CBSI
worldwide will ensure that the market will be able to leverage the local
presence of CBSI and its global delivery capabilities," says Netgateway
chief executive officer Roy Camblin.
CBSI is also planning an IPO shortly, to take care of its expansion plans,
but the company did not disclose any further details on the same. With regard to
details on the IPO, CBSI vice president K. Subrahmaniam said, "Things are
just in the planning stage and we are yet to decide on the kind of amount we are
planning to raise from the public, the date or the bankers. At this point of
time it is not possible for me to give you any details."
