NetCracker to showcase digital biz and virtualization innovation at MWC

BARCELONA, SPAIN: Focused on helping mobile operators manage and monetize the mobile experience, NetCracker will showcase its Digital Business Platform, SDN, and vEPC solutions at the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2014. The event takes place February 24-27, 2014 in Barcelona, Spain.

Demonstrating the new Digital Business Platform: NetCracker's Digital Business Platform helps operators in a number of critical key areas, including: acceleration of new service offerings; managing and monetizing partnerships and transactions; and offering an enhanced customer service experience. The solution combines policy-based convergent charging, CRM, analytics, and fulfillment & assurance solutions to deliver a cohesive and positive mobile service experience.

Joint demonstrations with NEC featuring solutions for SDN and NFV: NEC and NetCracker will demonstrate the world's first commercially available virtualized evolved packet core (vEPC) solution and virtualized customer premises equipment (vCPE). The vEPC solution addresses the high growth in data traffic in LTE networks.

The vCPE solution moves IP-based customer premises equipment functions into an operator's network to accelerate service deployment and improve operations and maintenance. NetCracker's SDN solution provides the infrastructure management, virtual network sharing, and SDN-based data center management capabilities necessary to reap SDN's efficiency and cost reduction benefits.
